ALL PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE / MADE TO ORDER

All of the products available here are handmade, not manufactured.  Every effort is made to ensure that each product is created with great care, using quality materials and made to last.

All products are “made to order”.  This simply means we do not keep an inventory of that product.  When an order comes in, that item is made just for you.  The time it takes to create, package and ship “made to order” products will depend on the item and the number ordered.  If an item takes longer than originally specified (such as a customized Memory item), you will be notified immediately by email.
